    Technical Process & Training - SSC

    Job Overview

    The Process & Systems Specialist assesses local training needs, ensures delivery of high-quality training to Ocean SSC users, and tracks its progress and effectiveness. This role works with Ocean Regional & Cluster Processes & Systems (P&S) team to support with user development roadmap. This role also systematically prepares and performs User Acceptance Test (UAT) for Ocean application releases in line with globally agreed standards to prevent defects affecting Ocean Operations. The role works under the guidance of the Ocean Regional and Cluster P&S team, and in close collaboration with Regional Production Systems.

    What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

    * Localize global training material where required, aligned with global standards.

    * Provide regular onboarding, refresher, and skill-up training for Ocean SSC staff and supervisors related to processes and systems (P&S) and Ocean freight forwarding.

    * Provide process specific training beyond system functionality under guidance of Regional P&S management for major system deployments and global initiatives/projects.

    * Aligned with global standards, regularly execute assessment of the skill & knowledge gaps and take actions to address same within Ocean SSC, while maintaining close cooperation and alignment with the Cluster Ocean Operations.

    * Actively contribute to knowledge and best practice sharing across the global P&S community and relevant platforms.

    * To contribute to the creation and maintenance of Ocean training material.

    * Under the coordination and in alignment with Regional Production Systems, contribute to the definition of UAT test cases:

    * Define and document test cases according to the global standard for Country-specific requirements and corresponding functionality, e.g., for local legal and regulatory requirements.

    * Customize & review test cases provided and maintained by the global Air & Ocean Functional Test team for the local Country context (e.g., business partners, locations).

    * Define and document test cases for global release specific functionality as delegated by and agreed with Regional Production Systems (if any).

    * Under the coordination and in alignment with Regional Production Systems, execute UAT:

    * Perform regression testing based on existing test cases to ensure basic system functionality continues to work as expected.

    * Test new and existing Country specific functionalities based on pre-defined test cases.

    * Execute global release-specific test cases delegated by and agreed with Regional Production Systems (if any).

    Requirements

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    * At least one year experience in area of Ocean freight forwarding business

    * Fluent English (spoken and written)

    * Solid understanding of ocean process and supporting systems (TANGO)

    * Experience in delivering well-organized and effective presentations and training

    * Clear understanding and knowledge of TANGO processes

    * Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

    * Ability to communicate and interact efficiently with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds

    * Requires a positive and confident personality. Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and self-driven individuals are preferred.
