    Your tasks

    As a Solution Designer, you will be a vital member of our agile team, reporting directly to the Squad Lead. You will take charge of the entire demand process, from requirement elicitation and specification to development and final deployment in the IoT Telemetry area. You'll work closely with end users and software development team, leveraging your expertise to analyse processes, identify gaps, and enable successful answer to raised business requirements.


    Other responsibilities include:

    • Manage a subset of implementations, API review, testing support, and go live support.
    • Test APIs if needed to gather additional details or to determine correct structure of API for mapping or coding
    • Research API documentation when we need to do a sweeping upgrade to add reason codes for instance, or add additional fields to the API
    • Reach out to DB Schenker land carriers if additional info is needed or information is missing from their docs
    • Monitor existing integrations for enhancements and upgrades
    • Review data logs to spot trends and gaps with existing integrations
    • Maintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders throughout the course of a reported issue

    Requirements

    • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills).
    • Experience working JIRA, Confluence, APIs (XML and JSON),
    • SaaS or software and/or logistics industry experience, preferred
    • Organized - would be required to keep track of above activities within Confluence or Sharepoint
    • Basic Understanding of API connection
    • Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
    • Ability to quickly grasp technology and use to solve problems
    • Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
