    Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30


    What will you be doing?


    • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards while achieving customer service targets.
    • Create, monitor, and manage operational schedules in line with customer requirements.
    • Supervise and coach a dedicated team, providing clear guidance to meet operational goals.
    • Liaise closely with the Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
    • Champion our safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
    • Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
    • Manage staff training and development, including performance reviews and goal setting.

    About You


    We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional with a strong background in warehouse supervision. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:


    • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a large logistics or warehouse operation.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or JDA.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
