    Your tasks

    Your tasks

    As the "right hand" of the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board, you will be assigned with the following primary tasks:

    * You take care of steering- and coordination tasks on behalf of the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board
    * You prepare the content of international top management meetings and internal committees as well as for the supervisory Board and customer meetings.
    * You serve as quality gate for any documentation that falls under this board resort, including board resolutions
    * You provide the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board with recommendations for the decisions taking of board resolutions
    * The analyses and preparation of business related reports, work orders and decisions are within your daily duties
    * The writing and preparing of speeches and media articles is a regular task. You will also be deeply involved in internal communications
    * You analyze business figures and derivate suitable measures and actions
    * You participate in the creation and monitoring of strategic concepts for the DB/Schenker group
    * You accompany the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board to appointments and meetings
    * You ensure the coordination with the other board resorts and guide your board assistant colleagues
    * You will manage any other task as agreed upon with the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board

    Requirements

    Your profile


    You have graduated from university or college (minimum degree: diploma or master's degree) and have gained several years of professional experience, ideally in an international logistics services environment. You should have the following skills as well:

    * Adequate communication skills and a confident demeanor towards international top management
    * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
    * Ability to think and work independently with strong capacity for teamwork
    * Ability to deal with financial business figures
    * Structured and thoroughly approach to work
    * High degree of flexibility, commitment and willingness
    * Fluent in spoken and written English and German, any other language is an additional asset
    * International experience (living and/or working in other countries), is of advantage
