Join our Airfreight team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in managing import and export operations while delivering a seamless experience for our customers.
Location: Heathrow, UK
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will:
- Arrange collections from vendors and prepare essential shipping documentation (MAWB, HAWB).
- Ensure compliance with UK HMRC regulations through accurate export entry preparation.
- Handle job file invoicing, cost control, and post-flight procedures.
- Respond swiftly to queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete customer invoicing in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company compliance policies and ensure a safe working environment
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous airfreight experience.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to quality.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
