Customer Service Specialists -Ocean Freight

Location: Nuneaton (Hybrid, Mon-Tue Office)

Hours: Mon- Fri 9-17:30

Due to an exciting new business win, we’re expanding our Ocean Freight team in Nuneaton and looking for Customer Service Specialists to join us. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in exceeding customer expectations, we’d love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

• Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
• Proactively managing workflows to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Monitoring Gross Profit (GP) post-shipment across all transport modes.
• Supporting the implementation of new customer profiles and processes.
• Participating in customer meetings and identifying business efficiencies with your team leader.
• Ensuring all pricing and quotations are completed accurately and on time.

About You

• Strong administration skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Finance knowledge or experience is a bonus.
• Freight forwarding knowledge would be beneficial ideally within Ocean Freight
• A positive attitude, motivation, and enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
