    Reporting to the People & Organization Manager, this role is responsible for providing information and support to the P&O department and employees regarding policies, processes and procedures. Tasks & Responsibilities: •Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality •Prepare documentation for hires, terminations, job changes, corrective action, etc. •Assist in the administration of employees benefits programs and worker’s compensation •Assist P&O team with various programs •Support local hiring, as required

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: •Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent years of experience •1-2 years of alent years of experience •Experience with labour relations, an asset •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Ability to work in a team environment and with all levels of the organization •Accurate attention to detail in a highly confidential environment. •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office •Familiarity with HR software and databases We are an equal opportunity employer.
