    Join our Land Freight Team!


    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Land Freight team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth shipment processes and maintaining excellent communication with customers and suppliers.


    Location: Basildon, UK

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30


    What Will You Be Doing?


    • Processing and managing documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with KPIs.
    • Responding promptly to customer and supplier queries and complaints to provide exceptional service.
    • Handling invoice processing, charge distribution, and interdepartmental cross-billing.
    • Maintaining and organizing shipment-related paperwork to support seamless operations.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
    • Entering data accurately and efficiently to uphold operational integrity.

    About You


    • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry systems is an advantage.
