- Handle end-to-end recruiting processes
- Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure that all data are up to date in the internal reports
- Cooperate with Hiring Managers to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
- Cooperate with vendors
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure internal data quality in the reports, employee branding activities and other actions related to onboarding
- Provide support to the other team members
- University degree in HR-related faculty such as Psychology, Management
- Preferable at least 1 year of professional experience
- Experience in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
- Fluency in English
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Good Excel skills
- Open to working in the hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
