Handle end-to-end recruiting processes
Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure that all data are up to date in the internal reports
Cooperate with Hiring Managers to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
Cooperate with vendors
Work closely with other internal teams to ensure internal data quality in the reports, employee branding activities and other actions related to onboarding
Provide support to the other team members

University degree in HR-related faculty such as Psychology, Management
Preferable at least 1 year of professional experience
Experience in an international environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
Fluency in English
Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Good Excel skills
Open to working in the hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
