    As a Project Management Officer, you will be a vital member of our agile team, reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager. You will coordinate gathering information on strategic investments based on a clear understanding of cost, risk, interdependencies, and impact on existing business activities, enabling measurement and objective evaluation of potential changes and the benefits to be realised.


    Main Tasks:


    • You implement and monitor operative and strategic portfolio planning (annual and quarterly planning)
    • You create visibility of the IT project portfolio
    • You support strategic investment appraisal and decision-making processes based on a clear understanding of cost, risk, interdependencies and impact
    • You gather and report information on resource utilisation 
    • You contribute to the improvement of methods and procedures for portfolio management incl. operating framework
    • You escalate issues in terms of feasibility or resource availability
    • You're responsible for controlling tasks (planning, forecasting, reporting, etc.) in connection with the portfolio planning
    • You're responsible for updating the Portfolio Management Tool

    Our requirements:

    • You hold a min. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or an equivalent education
    • You have a good understanding of project and application life cycles and their financial administration
    • You have a work experience in an international IT company
    • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • You have excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
    • You're self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
    • You're a flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
    • You're a team player with very good communication skills
    • You're open to working in the hybrid mode from the office in Warsaw
