The Regional Land Transport department is responsible for the management and growth of Schenker’s land transport business in Asia-Pacific. This includes freight transportation services by rail and road. In this fast growing business segment we want to drive a clear strategic approach and improve our internal and external communication.
As part of a regional team, you will be reporting to the head of the business unit and support mainly by improving the internal and external communication. You will be involved in the preparation of management meetings, visualizing of our strategic roadmap, content creation for marketing and communication as well as take part in smaller workshops and projects to further define strategic initiatives and communication of same.
- Gather content from stakeholders and prepare material for management meetings
- Develop an internal communication plan around our Land Transport strategy
- Support & track progress on execution of our external marketing plan
- Continuously upgrade our strategy material and produce new content for all strategic initiatives
- Schedule & prepare meetings and strategy reviews/workshops as requested by management
- Strong in structured communication
- Strong in visualizing content with software & else
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fast learning and quick in picking up content
- Ability to operate in fully digital environment
- Flexible and agile to adopt to a fast-paced business world
- Interested in business strategy
- Marketing/communication and/or Logistics/Supply Chain – related field of study
