- Greenfield setup of new program
- Liaise with project team, vendors and other stakeholders as required
- Hiring of staff for setup and go-live
- Manage account and lead program to achieve company's objectives
- Responsible for overall cost management and profitability of the program
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure KPIs are met
- Resolve escalations in a timely manner and maintain customer relationship
- Responsible for program inventory and accuracy
- Ensure quality and safety policies are strictly complied with
- Oversee and develop downstream leaders to ensure succession planning and personnel development
- Manage team dynamics and working culture
- Interface and engage with customer on operations, projects and commercial matters
- Liaise with customer and manage relationship to ensure mutual benefit and sustainability
- Assist site manager on other issues as required
- Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position.
- Qualification in warehouse operations and operations excellence will be added advantage.
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Results oriented self-starter, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA).
- Proficient in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
- Excellent presentation skills and experience in presenting to senior management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
- Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
