1. Manage the day-to-day order processing of customer's orders.
2. Correct & timely processing of inbound / outbound orders.
3. Attend to customer's enquiries and verification of inventory with customers.
4. Compile daily / weekly / monthly reports
5. Liaise with warehouse to ensure orders are picked and packed timely for shipment.
6. Ensure timely reporting of KPI to customer.
7. Ensure minimum response time to customer's query or complaint.
8. Arrange for shipment booking with forwarders.
9. Ensure complete documents are received for filing.
10. Documentation and record retention as per customer and / or audit requirements
11. Report to the Supervisor on all Inbound and Outbound non-conformances.
12. Any other duties / projects as assigned by Superior.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service for Diploma Holder
- Open to fresh graduate for Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service.
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment
