Job Location: Gurugram, HR
Requirements:
Proven experience in the area of ITSM and in-depth knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL).
Additional skill requirements are:
§ Experience of working as service manager for an IT service is required.
§ An understanding of printer technologies and spooling is expected.
§ General knowledge of spooling of print jobs, network technologies, print protocols and concepts.
§ Experience in service budgeting and financial forecasting and follow-ups'.
§ Experience of managing external service providers.
§ Ability to manage small projects.
§ ITIL certification.
§ Previous experience of working in agile teams is a plus.
§ Good communication and presentation skills.
§ Experiences from working in a multi-cultural, multinational enterprise environment.
§ Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with users, application owners, management teams and technical operations.
§ Team- and result- oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality service performance.
§ Excellent English language skills is required; any additional language skills, e.g. German or Polish is a plus.
Requirements
Study to university degree level of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education.
B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA
Proven experience in the area of ITSM and in-depth knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL).
