Responsibilities:
- Receive incident tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time and Attendance through Service Now ticketing system.
- Prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.
- Resolve user issues and inquiries like:
- Verify employee user credentials, reset password, if necessary, check system permissions.
- Guide the employee through the self-service process, validate data, and initiate approval workflow.
- Explain time recording rules, troubleshoot time entry issues, and correct errors.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify the root cause, and correct working time data, absence approval issues or others T&A related topics.
- Guide managers through approval processes, explain approval rules, and resolve approval bottlenecks.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of system knowledge and FAQs.
- Collaborate & communicate with diverse stakeholders like managers, employees, P&O teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources
- Studies in economics / business administration / psychology / HR administration / business or comparable.
- Experienced in working with SAP SuccessFactors tool and HR processes is considered as plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset and self-initiative.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Independent, proactive, responsive, and reliable way of working with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in German and very good English.
- Prioritization skills.
