    Responsibilities:


    • Receive incident tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time and Attendance through Service Now ticketing system.
    • Prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.
    • Resolve user issues and inquiries like: 
    • Verify employee user credentials, reset password, if necessary, check system permissions.
    • Guide the employee through the self-service process, validate data, and initiate approval workflow.
    • Explain time recording rules, troubleshoot time entry issues, and correct errors.
    • Investigate discrepancies, identify the root cause, and correct working time data, absence approval issues or others T&A related topics.
    • Guide managers through approval processes, explain approval rules, and resolve approval bottlenecks.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
    • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
    • Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.
    • Contribute to the development of system knowledge and FAQs.
    • Collaborate & communicate with diverse stakeholders like managers, employees, P&O teams.

    Qualifications:


    • At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources 
    • Studies in economics / business administration / psychology / HR administration / business or comparable.
    • Experienced in working with SAP SuccessFactors tool and HR processes is considered as plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset and self-initiative.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize. 
    • High level of attention to detail.
    • Independent, proactive, responsive, and reliable way of working with a hands-on mentality.
    • Fluent in German and very good English.
    • Prioritization skills.
