The Senior Director of Enterprise Account Management is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of our customer accounts. This position will manage and develop the Enterprise Accounts, further growing customer relationships into long-term partnerships with an emphasis on cross-selling and integrated solutions. This position focuses on the customer side of both our Logistics and Truckload business to execute on profit margins, revenue growth, and commitments while providing our customers with best-in-class solutions. The Senior Director will ensure all enterprise account management strategies align with the companys goals and objectives, delivering exceptional service levels while maximizing profitability.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of enterprise account management strategies across Logistics and Truckload to meet service levels and financial goals.
Ensure profitable business growth as well as business retention in alignment with companys strategies.
Develop and oversee customer scorecards to make data-driven decisions and provide customer feedback to guide strategic decisions and adapt new strategies for changing market conditions.
Oversee our interactions and relationships with our customers, providing one point of contact.
Build, develop and lead our account management teams and supporting roles, encouraging a commitment to high standards and ownership.
Manage key relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring collaboration and alignment to achieve operational goals.
Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills:
Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Manager or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain Management or a related field, with an emphasis in growing and managing key accounts and knowledge of customer markets.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
Experience in managing large scale projects, innovative business solutions, and strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills.
Product knowledge with logistics software, mobile applications, network design tools, pricing tools, and EDI
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
