- Daily meeting with BU MRRT focal to validate and follow up on manufacturing NCs that is related to logistics.
- Provide logistics input to identify the cause of the defects through warehouse validation with the support of QC inspectors and advise appropriate owners to address the issues through daily MRRT meeting.
- Drive reported logistics issues for proper containments, disposition and correction actions.
- Handle BU manufacturing NC complaints and task and perform root-cause analysis to identify the effective correction and process improvement.
- Process audit lead for site focal and perform quarterly process audit and report out findings closure on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Draft and prepare quality instructions, guidance, stand down for quality.
- Site quality focal for first line quality matters in raw material warehouse that supports customer manufacturing.
- Prepare reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for logistics review with customer.
- Proper hand over of the outstanding task and responsibilities to the back-up personnel if on annual, medical leave or no-pay leave.
- Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Experience with implementation of 8D, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs.
- Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma and Internal Auditor.
- Quality inspection and auditing experience.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
- Industry specified experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as GDPMDS.
- Team player.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
