- Support Talent Acquisition partners with administrative tasks
- Reviews resumes and applications to ensure that all required information is included
- Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates
- Contacts applicants to confirm interview appointments and send reminders as needed
- Help with initial applicant screening
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Administration of online tests to candidates, including upload in Avature
- Help in the JD upload in the JD Simulator Tool
- Support in following up with candidates during the recruitment process
- Follow up with candidates after interviews to thank them for their time and interest in the position
- Support in other tasks assigned
- BS / BA in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant field
- Basic Marketing - use of social media and the internet to create marketing materials to promote open job requirements or training courses.
- Basis/Intermediate knowledge and use of desktop applications - use of common office computer tools for efficient completion of tasks; including but not limited to data entry.
- Use of graphic design tools is a plus.
