    Join our Customer Service Team Leader position! As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead our mission to deliver exceptional import services to all branches across the UK. Your role is more than just leadership; it's about fostering efficiency, proactivity, and effectiveness within our Gateway operations. With your dedication and expertise, we aim to exceed expectations and set new standards in customer service excellence. Join us as we embark on this journey to redefine import services and elevate customer experiences nationwide.


    • Location: Heathrow, UK
    • Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30


    What will you be doing?


    • Maximizing operational effectiveness and efficiency in the Import Gateway Air department.
    • Continuously improving operational processes, including weekly event control oversight.
    • Ensuring the team meets operational KPIs through ongoing process enhancements.
    • Promptly addressing queries and complaints, organizing performance reviews.
    • Streamlining Import Gateway processes while meeting administration KPIs.
    • Managing employee development and performance within the department.
    • Optimizing staffing to meet workload demands throughout the year.
    • Collaborating on monthly GP results and ensuring compliance with billing requirements, including actioning SAP queries.

    About You


    • Previous experience in Airfreight, in a supervisory capacity.
    • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, coupled with effective planning and organizational skills.
    • A drive to achieve targets and deliver results consistently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
