For our Head Office of DB Schenker AG we are looking for you as a regional Implementation & Project Manager EMEA for a fixed term contract until June 2026.
Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for delivering end-to-end project and implementation management for a global customer, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives
- Therefore you focus on the development, deployment, and oversight of operational solutions, supporting global implementation frameworks, and ensure seamless project execution across multiple countries in the EMEA Region
- You are accountable for delivering project implementations for a global customer, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met and drive the development and planning of country-specific implementation scopes in collaboration with local teams
- You maintain visibility on the status of implementations across the region and highlight risks to senior management and conduct scheduled governance reviews to ensure stakeholder engagement and implementation progress
- You support executive decision-making by making visible any high-risk implementations and providing recommendations and ensure adherence to the global implementation “playbook” within the area of responsibility
- You provide inputs for the development of implementation training and facilitate training sessions and lead the site operations readiness, including operational fit-out, layout, process design, and staffing
- You act as a participant in operational solution design reviews and provide operational sign-off and own the localization of operations business requirements specifications, ensuring alignment with regional Needs
- You support operations teams during the go-live phase, overseeing go-live management and ensuring smooth transitions and monitor operational KPIs during the hypercare period post go-live, ensuring performance targets are met
- Afterwards you provide support to operations teams during post go-live client-facing meetings to ensure smooth onboarding and handover
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree ideally in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- You already gained several years of experience in project management, implementation, or logistics operations, ideally in a regional or global capacity - a Project management certification is a plus
- You bring proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional implementations in logistics, supply chain, or related industries
- You have strong leadership and coordination skills with experience in delivering complex, cross-functional implementations and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
- You have knowledge of operational solutions, frameworks, and process management in logistics and supply chain environments
