    • Maintain the facilities properly, include lighting, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security system and electrical systems.
    • Perform regular inspection of warehouse facilities.
    • Support QHSSE to comply with local regulations, include health and safety standards.
    • Liaise with external contractors and service providers for repairs, installations and upgrades.
    • Work with procurement team on negotiating contracts, and monitor the performance of facility service providers, include cleaning services, security, and waste management.
    • Support new business implementation, include renovations, expansions, and system upgrades.
    • Align the business needs with operation team.
    • Monitor the inventory of facility supplies, tools and equipment.
    • Maintain the record of facility operations and maintenance activities.
    • Prepare reports on facility performance, issues and improvement initiatives for management review.
    • Any other ad hoc project or tasks assigned by Management
    • Higher Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines
    • Min. 5 years relevant working experience in Facilities Management / Property Management, logistics field is preferred
    • Experience in interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and supplies is required
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
    • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
    • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills in vendor management
    • Good project management and problem solving skills
    • Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure
    • Detail minded with strong organization skill
