Join our Jet Air Branch at Heathrow as an Operations Administration Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment alongside our Gateway, Warehouse, and Transport teams.
Location: Heathrow, UK
Working days / hours: 4 on 4 off - 18:00 to 06:00
What will you be doing?
As an Operations Administration Specialist, you will:
- Monitor and action your personal email inbox, ensuring timely responses.
- Post airline handling invoices and storage invoices.
- Address queries and complaints from branches and brokers promptly.
- Proactively communicate with branches and origin teams.
- Keep Basware up to date and post haulage invoices to job files.
- Ensure timely posting of Netcon, X-ray, and Airline collection/pickup records.
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and procedures.
About You
- Previous experience in airfreight (desirable but not essential).
- A strong customer focus with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in basic Word and Excel functions.
