Safety Officer

• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety, Quality and Security into all work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
• Promote and encourage positive behaviours in support of the achievement of a positive health & safety culture.
• Develop and apply technical knowledge relevant to the specific QHSE risks associated with our activities
• Lead warehouse risk assessment for current and new activities.
• Establish and conduct QHSSE training matrix and awareness sessions as required
• Monitoring and maintaining PPE and uniforms of all workers.
• Manages site access control systems, visitor processing, and key control processes.
• Coordinate with all safety contractors (pest control, fire alarm, security) regarding visit schedules and monthly invoices.
• Perform frequent warehouse safety inspections to identify all non-compliant equipment and/or processes at the site. Work with the Operations team to implement solutions to eliminate exposure to risks, prevent injury and maintain the record.
• Monitoring and maintaining all fire alarms, firefighting systems, and fire exits.
• Prepares the monthly data for the KPI report.
• Perform and conduct quality inspections for inbound, outbound, and in-house pallets.
• Conducting investigations of injuries, near misses, and property damage incidents.
• Build and maintain a close relationship with our customers ensuring that all QHSSE matters are addressed and handled timely.

• Saudi Nationality
• Bachelor's degree
• +3 years of experience in the Quality and Safety field, preferred in warehouses
• Local Authority classification as Safety Practitioner
• Good level of English language
• Must be OSHA certified
