    Customer Reporting

    •Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment.

    •Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.

    •Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients including ad-hoc task(s).

    •Initiate Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement.

    •Create and maintain documentation related to reporting standards and guidelines.

    •Establish a proactive and harmonious communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.

    •Manage end-to-end complex reporting projects.

    •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the reporting team.

    •Assist in the onboarding of new team members and facilitate basic reporting work overview.

    •Provide more detailed administrative support as needed by the Direct Supervisor.


    Business Review

    •Create Quarterly Business Review (QBRs) and Monthly Business Review (MBRs) presentations.

    •Consolidate raw data and other business reports to incorporate into the QBRs and MBRs.

    •Conduct research about the logistic industry that will supplement QBRs and MBRs in informing customers.

    •Work with account managers to tailor QBRs and MBRs to customer’s requirements.

    • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national organization
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
    • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably 3-5 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Reporting or equivalent.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office/Power BI. Strong MS Excel skills. Basic to advanced knowledge in Power Query is an advantage.
    • With excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline.
    • Ability to work under pressure and can work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong analytical skill and keen to detail.
    • Good understanding on Freight/Logistics industry is an advantage.
    • Highly adaptable in various system application
    • Team player, flexible, innovative, self-directed with strong communication and inter-personal skills.
