· Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment.
· Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.
· Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients including ad-hoc task(s).
· Initiate Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement.
· Create and maintain documentation related to reporting standards and guidelines.
· Establish a proactive and harmonious communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
· Manage end-to-end complex reporting projects.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the reporting team.
· Assist in the onboarding of new team members and facilitate basic reporting work overview.
Provide more detailed administrative support as needed by the Direct Supervisor.
