Deliverables & Achievables:
• Partners with sales and operations management teams to ensure a successful business implementation process which focuses on ease of use for internal and external customers
• Partners with IT, Operations and Product Management to develop and implement solutions that meet customers needs and promotes customer satisfaction while minimizing internal Schenker spend and optimizes our profitability
• Leads both regional and country implementation teams to ensure proper assignment of projects, monitoring deliverables, while ensuring proper tools are provided to meet Schenker and Client demand
• Focuses on quality and standardization by governing region on use of events, reference codes and charge codes
• Contributes to revenue retention by supporting operations solutions design for “at-risk” customers avoiding business loss

• Must demonstrate ability to think strategically and formulate strategic plans to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong, influential leader that excels in collaboration and team building and driving consensus among personnel with diverse roles.
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills to develop strong working relationships at all levels/geographies
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, management, and strategic skills required
• Understanding of and experience in freight forwarding industry
• Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Advanced degree or equivalent preferred. Generally, prefer 6 years of related management experience.
Bilingual: English and Spanish language desired, but not required.
