    Responsibilities

    • Managing the Tender Process from PRE to POST tender phase, according to SOP;
    • Maintaining full tender registration and management in the Global Tender Platforming (GTP Sharepoint, tWINs);
    • Coordinating and moderate all associated PRE, Kick-off, Pre-submission & Wrap up calls;
    • Documenting all discussed points and decisions in formal Meeting Minutes;
    • Working closely with the Key Account Management lead and Pricing lead throughout the tender process;
    • Ensuring all tender milestones are clear, communicated and fulfilled in line with customer deadlines;
    • Performing Checklist fulfilment;
    • Attending Post Tender Review (PTR) sessions as required;
    • Calculating volume and turnover reports for each tender;
    • Support strategy to maintain existing business and achieve growth on strategic targeted tender scope;
    • Educate stakeholders on the process and their deliverables within the process.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes;
    • Basic knowledge of the network routing and its functionality within a shipment;
    • Solid telephone etiquette and effective communication techniques;
    • Customer oriented attitude / Key Account interaction experience and negotiation skill;
    • Commitment to task and result focused associated with a proactive mindset. High level of self-motivation and flexibility;
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix & virtual environment;
    • Efficient communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Fluent spoken and written English (business and presentation fluent);
    • Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
    • Willing to travel overseas for training and/or review meetings.
