- Responsible for shipment processing regarding system entry, documentation, and carrier payments.
- Follow up on shipment departure and maintain a record of all communications in files.
- Follow up customs clearance process with brokers & customers and update related reports.
- Overview and coordinate the daily responsibilities of customer management.
- Manage client service requirements and expectations.
- Communicate with other departments to facilitate the process of the shipments.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet required KPIs.
- Resolve shipments related problems.
- Review files for monthly closing.
- Graduate of any field.
- Preferably has experience in the same field.
- Effective and professional communication skills (both in the English and local language).
