General Description (Job Scope)
• A detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analyst.
• Processing and analyzing data to provide accountable insights that drive business decisions.
• Work with large datasets, develop reports, and support various departments in data-driven strategies.
Specific Accountabilities
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform detailed analysis and provide insights on business performance, trends, and patterns.
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present data findings in clear, understandable formats for stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and optimize data quality, performing regular data audits and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
• Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application to data analysis.
• Certification in data analytics or related field
Skills Required
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong attentive to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
