Infrastructure Support Specialist L2/Vmware/NetApp

Requirements

 NetApp and VMware experience is mandatory.

n  Extended technical knowledge and applied experience in NetApp based Storage Systems

n  Extended technical knowledge and applied experience in VMWare based Virtualization Technologies

n  Optional Technology Certifications are valued during the selection process
(eg Netapp NCSA/NCDA, VMWare VCP,VCAP)

n  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

n  More than 8 years of experience in IT related industries

n  Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Foundation Level)

n  Basic knowledge of IT security regulations and standards such as ISO 27001

n  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions

n  Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment

n  Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
