Join the Global IT&D Contract Logistics Unit as a part of the Demand and Portfolio Management team as the Demand Specialist (Finance/Controlling). As the Demand Specialist, you will support finance-controlling processes. The focus is on operational responsibility for controlling the global IT organization in the respective departments.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Booking of incoming invoices including validation in financial systems
Cross-charging of services and project's costs on a global level
Data entries in the finance systems.
Support monthly and year-end reporting, including related delta analysis.
Support further reporting, incl. investment, and project reporting.
Support tracking of department financial budget and forecast vs. actuals.
Managing the administrative aspects of the procurement processes

Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling position
Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Very good spoken & written English (B2)
Working experience in an international environment
Strong ability to work in virtual teams
Very good communication and analytical skills including a strong accuracy mindset
Capability and motivation to learn
