What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Plan, design, execute, and ensure the compliance of the Annual Training Plan for Mexico mainly and some other LATAM Countries, to ensure that employees acquire and develop the necessary skills to improve the fulfillment of their duties, as well as meet the minimum training hours established by the organization.
- Plan and carry out the DNC (Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación) at a national level, with the aim of identifying the training needs of employees in the organization and creating the Annual Training Plan.
- Correctly prepare the attendance records for the training sessions conducted on the STPS Secretaria de Trabajo y Previsión Social portal (SIRCE), as well as generate and safeguard the necessary documentation at the national level (DC-1, DC-2, DC-3, and DC-4) to comply with the Federal Labor Law, clients, quality certifications, and DB Group.
- Evaluate costs, instructional skills, syllabi, and teaching materials of suppliers to generate a proposal that meets the training requirements.
- Manage the training budget to ensure the proper allocation of financial resources within the established guidelines.
- Ensure the proper management of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform to provide the necessary training tools (E-learning).
- Follow up with staff who complete in-person or online training courses and take the corresponding disciplinary actions.
- Design and ensure the application of evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the training courses (internal, external).
- Prepare and manage the materials for the Leadership Programs to ensure their implementation according to the current needs of the organization.
- Communicate the training courses to participants appropriately, in order to ensure the participation of all.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration or related.
- Intermediate - Advanced English required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required (Power Point, Excel, Word).
- Analytical, Extrovert and Organized
- Adapt to new changes and perspectives.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing the DNC (Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación) procedure: Development of Training Plans, management and measurement of training effectiveness.
- Solid knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law/ Ley Federal del Trabajo regarding training to carry out the procedures on SIRCE portal.
- Knowledge for the development of training policies, standards and procedures.
- Knowledge in the design of in-person and online courses. Training of instructors.
- Availability to travel to different DB Schenker locations.
