What will you do?
- Act as first point of contact
- Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
- Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
- Independently carrying out and checking various administrative tasks
- Checking and ensuring follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
- You ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided
What do we require?
- Relevant logistics professional knowledge obtained through training and/or experience within logistics
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office package
- You have a good command of the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages, both verbally and in writing
- Skills that are important for this position: customer-oriented, communicative, solution-oriented, proactive, stress-resistant and flexible in tasks and hours
