    •   Plan and execute sales visits (in-person or virtually) to both existing and prospective customers, including telesales activities

    •    Enter all relevant data in CRM

    •    Ensure complete and current client information (potential, tradelanes, decision makers, record communication, etc.)

    •    Manage opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages, right size)

    •    Review the portfolio sales performance and prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and sales reviews

    •    Provide feedback on potential process improvements

    •    Keep up to date with local market trends

    •    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers

    •    Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined Air Freight Field Sales strategy

    •    Creation of yearly sales planning for own customer portfolio

    •    Develops customers via cross selling

    •    Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers

    •    Coordination with customer service, e.g. on quotations and booking follow-ups


    • University graduated or above
    • Minimum 2 years FS experience in foreign freight forwarding company
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
    • Strong communication skills
    • Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures

     



    Grow airfreight business with special focus on SME by growing existing customers and develop new customers.  Responsible to build potential customer base as per target set.  Identify new growth opportunities by obtaining market intelligence and work with FS Manager, Airfreight to capitalize the potential growth. Measured against defined KPI’s leading to volume and profitable air freight growth.
