    • Achieve sales objectives for Consumer segment in Greater China
    • Participate in/Lead numerous cross-functional (freight, logistics, ground transportation, etc.) tenders
    • Complete project commercial analysis and viability assessment for selected business opportunities, including preparation of Business Justifications in liaison with the operations
    • Co-ordinate on contract negotiation and commercial issues during new project implementation
    • Conduct Central China market development planning and Consumer segment specific scoping
    • Responsible for providing flow of data on accounts, competitors and suppliers to management and counterparts located through the region
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs Identifies and monitors trends is sales, performance and profit
    • Develop processes to deliver network analysis and optimization capability to key customers
    • Global 3PL industry exposure in Consumer- 3-5 years
    • Excellent solution capability for the 3PL industry
    • At least 2-3 years operations background with hand on warehouse management experience
    • Self starter with ability to work autonomously
    • Excellent inclination to drive sales and drive growth
    • Willing to work on Industrial components vertical
