1. To check and verify the marking and labelling on cargo transferred from GHA Warehouse by import
operation team.
2. Ensure timely return of documents to carrier after submission and amendment
3. To counter check the import documentation to match with the physical cargo for verification.
4. To ensure that cargo is transferred on time base on the flight arrival time.
5. To ensure that the Ops Assistant will update/report of any discrepancy on timely manner.
6. To ensure the date updated are accurate and complete in Tango.
7. Accept any other job responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior.
8. Ensure all customer queries of shipments are attended in timely manner.
9. Ensure correct retrieval of carrier documents in respect to customer goods.
1. SPM
2. Minimum two (2) years work experience in airfreight cargo.
3. Knowledge of Import operation would be an advantage.
4. Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
