    Sus tareas

    Responsible for the successful configuration of the labor management system and development of the engineered labor standards at an individual site. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Manages ELS implementations for project success - performs approximately 50% engineering duties for managed projects: * Completes pre-project kick offs for site implementations * Complete Management and Associate kick off meetings * Coordinate site access to the WFM * Support engineer with problems & provide ideas and solutions * Ensure WMS issue confirmation, escalation as necessary, and work with teams as necessary to drive resolution * Ensure the project is successful and completed on time * Identify productivity improvement and cost savings opportunities within the distribution centers and interact with operations associates to implement improvements and cost saving initiatives. * Audit work of site engineer to ensure program consistency Coordinate key change sessions (kick off, training, etc) * Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and on the eShare * Ensure the accuracy of all the values in the spreadsheets and that the values in the spreadsheet match the WFM values * Complete the project checklist for each project weekly throughout the project * Provides the site with appropriate handbooks, and training on their contents * Provide program management weekly updates on project status * Provides updates on the Weekly RPA update meeting * Provides major inputs for reviews for the LMS Engineers * Supports previously implemented sites as assigned * Perform at least half of the Coaching and Observation Training on the floor * Work with the site to develop the Accountability and Incentive plan * Work with the site to develop the Coaching and Observation plan * Provide input and participate in the weekly and monthly site meetings, making sure all are participating and value is added

    Requerimientos

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills * BS or Equivalent in Supply Chain Related Field, or >5 years industry experience * 5 plus years JDA Implementation (or similar LMS) * Travel Requirements: 75% Travel (Domestic) * Minimum 5 years Labor Management Implementation & Implementation Leadership Experience * Leadership Class Room Experience * Personal Communication Expertise * Labor Management Field Expertise * LMS Configuration Expertise * Engineered Labor Standards using Pre Determined Time Systems * Site Level Training and Maintenance Leadership Expertise * Implementation Management Skills (Multiple Projects) * System Integration Expertise * Process Optimization Expertise * Principal on site resource * Demonstrated skill in managing complex projects and multiple resources * Preferred: Advanced JDA Integrator Experience, Advance JDA Report Writing Experience, Other Work Force Management Systems (MH, KSA, TSA), RFQ Support, Customer Level Presentation Experience, Advanced D.V. Level Presentation Experience Managing Multiple Projects, Ability to align project objectives with G4P Initiatives
