    The Sr. Billing Coordinator drives process and quality improvements. They ensure that invoices are generated and mailed out to our customers in a timely and effective manner.  Must also be committed to exceeding client expectations while respecting company policies

    • Will drive for improvement of cash flow by increasing pressure to bill out, cost and close files early.
    • Billing (invoicing) ocean import shipments 
    • Audits invoices from suppliers
    • Shipment tracking and tracing via computer Freds system
    • Document filing
    • Splits paperwork and arranges mailing to clients
    • Detail-minded and accurate with numbers
    • Able to read quotations in TOPS Pricing system
    • Knowledge of US ports and geography considered an asset
    • Familiar with Incoterms
    • Able to meet strict deadlines in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs   ie  Excel, Word
    • Able to work with minimum supervision
    • Mature, patient
