    • Create a positive experience and atmosphere through the professional engagement with both internal and external contacts, including dealing with direct enquiries in a courteous manner.
    • Act as first point of contact for all incoming visitors, guests, suppliers, and clients ensuring that they are professionally welcomed and arranging for a quick transition to their respective point of contacts.
    • Provide general administrative support and back up to the business as and when required in respect of the typing of overflow documents to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Ensure that all activities in responsibility are compliant with company specific regulations.
    • Ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in relaying accurate and properly detailed messages thereby enabling the business to deliver a highly responsive service to all stakeholders.
    • Ensure that all non-operational TRA/PSSF queries are attended to on time.
    • Offer support to business departments by ensuring that all administrative tasks are well taken care of for example: Motor vehicle fuelling, petty cash management and all non-ops vendors / banking.
    • Maintaining low costs when sourcing for affordable quality suppliers and establishing good relations with vendors.
    • Customer follow ups to ensure that all invoices are settled within the stipulated timelines and that credit limit is honoured.
    • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of businesses.
    • Ensure that all systems are up to date and all tasks are complete on time.
    • Management of leave records and staff attendance as well as any other files to ensure total compliance.
    • In liaison with IT department ensure that all IT equipment is well kept and maintained to the required standards.
    • Delivering excellent customers service and ensuring there are more promoters than detractors.
    • Any other duties within the scope of your job as may be assigned by management from time to time.
    • Diploma/Degree in Bachelor of administration or any other relevant field.

    Contribute to the provision of quality of service by handling enquiries, visitors, mail to the relevant parties and act as a first point of contact for incoming contact into the business. The candidate will ensure that QHSE is adhered to within the office environment.
