    Your tasks

    Responsible for a variety of activities within a specific area of People & Organization administration. May counsel employees concerning work related problems and provide managers with suggestions and recommendations to address personnel issues. Perform various administrative and analytical assignments requiring general knowledge of People & Organization market practices within specific area. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to resolve routine People & Organization issues * Responsible for analyzing, amending, and implementing proactive programs, procedures, and plans related to specific area within People & Organization * Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer market-compatible People & Organization practices * Communicate People & Organization practices to professionals within other functions and to management * Provide basic analysis to more senior People & Organization professionals and recommends solutions based on such analysis

    Requirements

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills This is an entry-level position. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Generally, prefer 0-2 years of related experience. The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
