Your tasks
- Approval of carrier documents (check if the Carrier can work with DB Schenker)
- Carrier acquisition and onboarding
- New carriers' identity check
- Solving support tickets regarding our Drive4Schenker Portal or Carrier Management initiatives
- Communication with carriers from the Romanian market and local DB Schenker branches
- Participation in other initiatives such as testing, translations
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Romanian (C1 at least)
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 at least)
- Knowledge of basic MS Excel functions
- Strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Customer care or logistics industry experience
- Interest in Logistics and/or IT
- Proficiency in any other language is a big plus
