    Warehouse Operative – 4on 4off (Day/Night Rotation)


    Are you looking for a hands-on role in a high-tech environment? We’re hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our on-site logistics team within a major customer facility in Leixlip. You'll be part of a fast-paced operation supporting critical cleanroom logistics.


    Location: Leixlip

    Working Hours: 7:00am–7:00pm / 7:00pm–7:00am rotating shifts - 4on 4off


    What will you be doing?


    You’ll play a key role in maintaining and controlling inventory within the customer facility – from receiving materials and handling stock to coordinating shipments and supporting internal teams. Your core responsibilities will include:


    • Receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and updating tracking systems
    • Managing dock activities and supporting internal material requests
    • Ensuring timely, accurate material handovers to engineering teams
    • Operating within cleanroom protocols – PPE, gowning, and hygiene are critical
    • Supporting transportation scheduling and resolving delivery discrepancies
    • Maintaining safe, compliant, and clean workspaces
    • Performing audits, inspections, and regular inventory checks
    • Collaborating with team members to meet service level expectations

    About You


    You're detail-focused, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a physically active environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you:


    • Can follow strict health, safety, and cleanroom procedures
    • Have experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control setting (advantageous)
    • Are dependable, adaptable, and able to work on your own or in a team
    • Are capable of manual handling tasks and wearing full PPE
    • Are able to work in warm, noisy, and enclosed environments
    • Understand the importance of accuracy and accountability in every task
