Your tasks
Responsibilities:
- Supports Global administration of the modules Goals & Performance and Succession & Development, which are basis for the DB Schenker Performance Development Practices;
- First-level (employee) support for selected few countries and Second level (P&O Business Partners and Business Stakeholders) support for the rest;
- Supports further development of SF process and conduct system training for internal target groups;
- Coordination with IT Department`s resources for system adjustments;
- Creation of reports for the respective modules with the analytics and reporting functionality of SF;
- Supports development of procedures;
- Local data protection coordinator for the P&O Head Office team;
- Create/update accounts for the employees;
- Provide status reports for the local/ regional P&O Business Partners and other stakeholders;
- Supports the Global Talent Management team with ad-hoc requests (testing the functionality of the system following an upgrade/provide report mostly when Talent Review campaign is running);
- Bi-weekly calls with P&O IT to discuss current issues + exchange best practices;
- Support and further development of the modules within SAP SuccessFactors as part of the implementation of the P&O system strategic.
Qualifications:
- University degree in economics, business informatics, ideally with a specialization in human resources management or comparable education with additional qualifications OR Corporate Experience;
- First professional experience in HR or IT, would be a plus: experience with HR Management Systems like SAP Success Factor;
- High affinity to HR processes and HR-IT systems;
- Good communication in German (AND/OR French, Spanish) and English with employees, business partners and stakeholders in various functions and at all hierarchical levels;
- Committed in delivering high quality services and dealing with complexity tasks;
- Willingness to learn new things and show flexibility;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Team player with an ability to incorporate a global mindset;
- Customer and service orientation;
- Good conceptual thinking with high problem solving attitude and good decision making;
- Basic interpersonal skills when it comes to negotiation, influence and persuasion, but also the ability to have a good virtual collaboration with all parties involved;
- Willingness for continuous improvement and oriented on project management;
- Detail oriented person with high attention to details;
- Exceptional at planning and organizing his day to day work.
