Your tasks
- Providing legal advice predominantly in the areas of transportation and logistics law as well as contract law
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and multinational transport, warehousing and logistics contracts
- Providing strategic legal advice in national and international projects in the areas of transportation and contract logistics or in the development of new business models
- Drafting of legal opinions and position statements
- Liaising with the DB Schenker Insurance Department
- Monitoring relevant legislative procedures at national and international level
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer, with state examinations and above-average results, or a comparable foreign qualification
- At least 5 years' professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company
- Knowledge in contract, transport and logistics law; industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with familiarity in legal drafting
