Your tasks
1 Close cooperation with OPS supervisor to ensure cargo and documentation flow at the same pace
2 Proactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur and actions as client instructions
3 Control and reduce operating costs, supply competitive services and price.
4 Work with implementation team to implement SOP.
5 Continuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated client
Requirements
- University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in logistics management;
- Experienced in coordinate process ,re-engineering and performance improvement program
- Familiar with customs affairs especially bonded customs
- If familiar with railway operation process, will be plus.
- Customer focused
- Ability to handle conflict and ambiguity in work situations
- Self-starter, performance driven with good analytical, planning and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
