Responsibilities:
- Check and correct incoming orders;
- Validate and capture e-mail/fax orders in TMS.
- Adapt orders in TMS based on shipper changes.
- Capture pickup orders;
- Archive documents/waybills digitally after data capture.
- Check and register incoming invoices, including subcontractors.
- Manage incoming PODs from RB carriers.
- Monitor shipments via T&T and inform contacts.
- Issue customer reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability to travel for training and business reviews.
- Good presentation and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment.
- Proactive attitude and initiative for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and internal TMSs.
