For our Location in Luxemburg we are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with an Air Freight Export Officer (w/m/d)
Your Tasks:
- Handling of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Secure routing to the appropriate destination
- Disposition
- Document preparation such as HAWB, MAWB and CMR
- Customs clearance and document preparation
- Communication with customers and other business units
- Selection and negotiation with carriers / road feeder service providers
- Invoicing and Administration tasks
- Shipment tracking and Claim handling Customer Service
- This is not an exhaustive list - so you can expect a varied job.
Your Profile:
- Education in the field of forwarding and logistics
- Experience in the field of air freight is an advantage
- Good English knowledge spoken and written
- Other languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team Willingness to work weekends, early and late shifts
- Motivation, Team player, flexibility, organized
