1. Handle daily import and operations issues and documents of customs formalities related to Air Freight.
2. Closely work and coordinate with Superiors on Air Freight Import, handling import operations and
warehouse delivery related to customers.
3. Effective study and understand the Import process and procedures.
4. Coordinate with several departments (Ops / Warehouse / Land Transport / Customs).
5. Interact with origin countries, vendors, suppliers and contractors for shipment arrangement via e-mail.
6. Work and discuss with custom team related to duties and taxes updates.
7. Inquire and collect feedback from customers, sales personals, partners to improve Customer Service
performance.
8. To follow up with BD/ Sales on quotation request with its validity duration prior shipment arrangement.
9. Update data entry into Tango for mandatory events (ARR/NFD/DRB/CCD/POD)
10. Update monitoring reports (subject to customer request) via Tango.
11. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
12. Escalations of problems to Management if necessary.
13. Accept any additional and immediate task assigned by HOD.
1. SPM/ STPM or Diploma in related studies.
2. Minimum two (2) years work experience in AIRFREIGHT CARGO.
3. Knowledge of Import operation would be an advantage.
4. Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
