    This position is responsible to provide.

    • To ensure under the direction of the implement project plan that the job holder successfully achieve the implement targets for all activities of projects. Projects include (but are not limited to): new business implementations; organic growth projects; site consolidations / migrations; Operations remediations projects; Warehouse Management System (WMS) migrations / implementations; automation implementations; and other large logistics projects as required.
    • Ensure all projects are managed to incorporate strong project disciplines incorporating to:
      1. Scope and Scope Change management
      2. Schedule management
      3. Resource & project team management
      4. Budget and procurement management
      5. Risk management
      6. Quality management
      7. Stakeholder and communication management
    • The role is to ensure governance of all responsible Operations Projects and implementations within area of responsibility.
    • To ensure the co-ordination these activities across all departments where their input assists in the achievement of the implement project targets.
    • Ensure that deviations from agreed timelines and budgets are communicated both internally and to the customer so that problems can be solved without delay or “surprises” later.
    • Independently evaluate alternative solutions to operational requirements and document a recommended design.
    • To assist in the development of quality logistics proposals for potential clients by agreeing the scope and timing of the proposal with the client, gathering, and analyzing logistic data, applying standard pricing principles to logistics cost base, writing a solution document and assist presenting it to the potential client.
    • Male or female, age 33 - 40 years
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, industrial engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Business Management or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years experiences in Logistics field. Implementation field is preferable.
    • Managerial experiences of Large-Scale Operations with people different cultures backgrounds
    • Proficient in English both written and spoken.
    • Good at project planning, project diagnostic and analysis information.
    • A hands-on approach, comfortable to navigate ambiguities and manage priorities, able to multi-task, proactive and work under time pressure.
    • Strong Leadership, Team management, Communication management, Strategic Planning, Organizing, and Delegation skills. 
    • High level PC and Application skills, specifically: WMS, ERP, MS Office i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
    • Excellent notification initiating and problem-solving skill.
    • Ability to motivate and work in a fast moving, pressure environment.
    • Good understanding in warehouse and transport operations.
