Your tasks
For immediate start, we are looking for an experienced and energetic support for our department Airfreight Import in Luxembourg.
- Monitoring and quality control of incoming shipments
- Secure routing to the respective destination
- The handling of incoming shipments, including customs clearance and document generation
- Communication with customers and other business units
- Selection and negotiation with carriers / road feeder service providers
- Invoicing and Administration tasks
- Shipment tracking and Claim handling
- Customer Service This is not an exhaustive list - so you can expect a varied job.
Requirements
- Education in the field of forwarding and logistics
- Experience in the field of air freight is an advantage
- Good English and French knowledge spoken and written
- Other languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work weekends, early and late shifts
- Motivation, Team player, flexibility, organized
